Delegates to this course will learn to perform frequent repeatable operational reporting, testing and technical maintenance activities to support the MI Data Analyst and Insight. to meet organizational requirements e.g. MI reports, Ad-hoc reports, self-updating charts and graphs.
You will also learn to identify reporting resources within data elements, transform data from databases into answer tools for stakeholders.

What these types of analysts do is to provide strategic management information reports to senior management and stakeholders to support business understanding and decision making. Your job will involve running large volumes of data through analytical process and producing reports weekly, monthly or on an ad-hoc basis

At the end of this course, you will know how to;

Provide Business performance- KPI reports such as Monthly, weekly or yearly sales figures including forecasts and variance.
Deliver forecast and rolling variances to sales and marketing managers to highlight how well the business is doing to date as well as where sales are likely to end up at the end of the measuring period.
Identify, design and build scorecards for measuring KPIs across the business.
Identify what needs to be measured and set up templates for delivering business information across stakeholders.
Effectively identify and use the right tools and techniques to create MI reports to drive strategic decisions for senior managers.
Extract data from databases in such a way as to aid delivery of business information to present within the business information report clearly and accurately.
Overlay multiple fields to create business and customer understanding.
Interpret reports and make recommendations on actions that need to be taken.
Automate business reporting templates (advanced level reporting).
